Bonus & Jackpot Policy
This policy explains the general operation of Dice bonuses and jackpot campaigns. The rules, dates, limits, eligible games, contribution rates and wagering requirements displayed for a specific offer or campaign form part of this policy and take priority where they are more specific.
1. How bonuses work
- Eligibility, minimum deposit, bonus percentage, maximum value and activation method are shown in each offer.
- Bonus funds may be kept separately from cash funds and may expire if not activated or used within the stated period.
- Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering and verification requirements are completed.
- Only eligible games and bets contribute. Contribution rates may differ by game, and maximum-bet limits may apply while a bonus is active.
- Free spins, cashback, reload, registration and other rewards may each have additional campaign rules.
2. Bonus restrictions
- One account and one participation per person, household, device, payment method and other identifiers where stated.
- Multiple accounts, collusion, opposite betting, low-risk hedging, delayed-round abuse, game exploitation, VPN/proxy abuse and manipulation are prohibited.
- Dice may cancel a bonus and related winnings, correct balances, restrict future offers, suspend an account and request identity, payment-method or source-of-funds evidence.
- Requesting a withdrawal before completing requirements may cancel the active bonus and related bonus winnings.
3. How jackpots work
- Players opt in to an active jackpot campaign where enrollment is required.
- Qualifying play during the campaign awards raffle tickets according to the published rules. Ticket earning stops at the announced cutoff.
- A draw selects eligible winning tickets. A ticket can win only as permitted by the campaign and expires or closes according to its rules.
- Winning tickets may award jackpot tokens. Tokens can be used to open jackpot cards that reveal tiered prizes.
- Prize availability, card weights, effective odds and awards may depend on the current prize bank and campaign configuration. Displayed pool values are informational until settlement is approved.
4. Jackpot verification
Every jackpot win and payout is subject to verification before it becomes payable.
- Checks may include identity, age, jurisdiction, account ownership, payment method, source of funds, gameplay, ticket eligibility, technical integrity, provider records, anti-fraud and AML review.
- A win display, message, ticket status, token or balance entry is not a final payment confirmation.
- Dice may hold settlement while checks are completed and may request supporting documents.
- If verification fails, information is false or incomplete, or the play is ineligible, the jackpot win and related payout are void.
5. Malfunction, fraud and void play
Malfunction voids all affected play and payments. If a game, platform, payment, pricing, display, settlement, jackpot, random-number system, provider connection or other technical process malfunctions, or if fraud, collusion, manipulation, abuse or exploitation is suspected or established, all affected bets, plays, transactions, bonuses, prizes, jackpot tickets, tokens, wins and payouts are void.
Dice may withhold, reverse or recover affected credits and payments, correct balances, suspend or close accounts, and rely on verified server, provider and transaction records to determine the correct result. This applies whether an error benefits Dice or the player.
6. Expiry, cancellation and changes
Unused bonuses, free spins, tickets and tokens may expire on the date stated in the relevant offer. Dice may amend, suspend or cancel an offer or campaign for technical, integrity, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes do not validate play that was fraudulent, abusive, ineligible or affected by malfunction.
7. Responsible play and precedence
Bonuses and jackpots are entertainment features and do not guarantee a return. Players must be legally eligible and use responsible-play controls when needed. The Terms of Service, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and the specific campaign rules also apply. If translations differ, the English version prevails.
